USA-7000 And USA-8000 Construction Hoists

In 1997, the high-rise construction world changed when we introduced the USA-7000 rack and pinion hoist. Soon after, we changed it again when we brought out the USA-8000. Today, these two hoists continue to represent the most advanced technology and highest capabilities of any construction hoist systems on the market. Their high capacity, sophisticated controls and reliable operation have made them invaluable on jobsites all over the world. This equipment has helped solidify USA Hoist as the leader in vertical transportation solutions.

Features and Benefits

These man and material hoists are the back bone of any large building project.. Capable of serving projects up to 1,500 feet our hoists are some of the most reliable and advanced equipment on the market today.

For example, both include state-of-the-art microprocessor control systems manufactured by our affiliate, Mid-American Elevator Company. These controls provide safe, smooth and reliable operation. In addition, the variable frequency drive technology enables them to reach high speeds, faster than any previous model of rack and pinion system we produced. This also means a smoother ride and more accurate leveling than any other elevation solution.

• 8000 reaches speeds up to 275 feet per minute.
• 7000 reaches speeds up to 300 per minute.
• 8000 has a maximum capacity of 8,000 pounds.
• 7000 has a maximum capacity of 7,000 pounds.

Because each car has three gates, builders have flexibility for loading and unloading, as well. Heavy-duty braking and overspeed safety features also ensure the safest operation. With their integrated tie-in system, they enable crews to get set up quickly and easily.
